Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases, bookings, and services made through the GymFi platform.

GymFi is operated by GymFi (Private) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Pakistan.

By purchasing services or credits through GymFi, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Credit-Based Services

GymFi provides access to gyms and fitness services through a credit-based system available on the GymFi platform.

Once credits are purchased and added to a user account, they may be used to access partner gyms and other services available through the platform.

Credits are subject to the terms of the selected plan and may include features such as rollover or usage limits, depending on the plan type.

2. Refund for Non-Usage

GymFi may allow refunds for purchased plans under limited circumstances.

Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • No credits have been used
  • No gym visits have been recorded
  • The refund request is submitted within the allowed refund period

If any credit has been used or any gym visit has been recorded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Approved refunds may be subject to deduction of payment processing or transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Refund requests may be limited to one refund per user account to prevent misuse of the policy.

3. Technical Errors or Duplicate Payments

Refunds may also be issued in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect charges due to system errors
  • Payment processing failures resulting in multiple charges

Refund requests related to such issues must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Credits have been partially or fully used
  • A gym visit has already been completed
  • The refund request is made after the refund eligibility period
  • Dissatisfaction with services provided by partner gyms
  • Missed bookings or unused visits
  • Promotional, bonus, or referral credits

5. Events and Third-Party Services

If events or services are booked through GymFi that are organized by third parties:

  • Refunds will be subject to the event organizer’s cancellation policy
  • GymFi may not guarantee refunds for third-party events or services

6. Gym Visit Booking Cancellation

Users may cancel a booked gym visit before the scheduled check-in time.

If a booking is cancelled before the scheduled visit:

  • The credits used for the booking may be returned to the user’s account.

If the user does not attend the booked session or cancels after the scheduled time:

  • The credits may be considered used
  • The booking may be marked as a no-show

7. Event Cancellation

GymFi may list events hosted by partner gyms or third-party organisers.

Cancellation and refund policies for such events may depend on the event organiser’s rules.

GymFi may not guarantee refunds for third-party events.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

9. Fraud Prevention

GymFi reserves the right to:

  • Reject refund requests suspected of abuse or fraudulent activity
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in the misuse of the refund policy

10. Changes to this Policy

GymFi (Private) Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the GymFi website or platform.
