GymFi reserves the right to update credit policies as necessary.

5. Third-Party Gyms and Services

GymFi acts as a platform connecting users with partner gyms.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Partner gyms operate independently
  • GymFi does not control gym facilities, staff, or equipment
  • GymFi is not responsible for services provided by partner gyms

Users agree to follow the rules and policies of partner gyms when visiting facilities.

6. Events and Activities

GymFi may list fitness-related events organized by third parties.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Events may be hosted by independent organizers
  • GymFi does not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of events
  • Participation in events is at the user’s own risk

7. Payments

Some services may require payment.

Users agree that:

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers
  • All payment information must be accurate
  • Fees and pricing may change from time to time

GymFi is not responsible for payment processing issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Health Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks.

GymFi does not provide medical advice.

Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness program.

By using GymFi services, users agree that they participate in fitness activities at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the GymFi platform including:

  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Software
  • Content
  • Trademarks

are the property of GymFi (Private) Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GymFi shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries sustained at partner gyms
  • Issues arising from third-party services
  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions

GymFi provides the platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

11. Termination

GymFi reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate user accounts
  • Restrict access to services

if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

GymFi may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
